GEORADAR
GPR (Ground Penetrating Radar) is a geophysical surveying method, based on the emission of electromagnetic waves in the subsoil, by means of a transmitting antenna. The presence of heterogeneities in the ground electrical properties makes that some of the energy is reflected in the surface, and some is deeper transmitted. The result is a continuous high-resolution profile, similar to the ones obtained in reflection seismic.
Their main advantages are high data collection speed and the high resolution obtained in the most superficial subsoil.
