Job Description:

We are seeking someone to support the team leading a strategic project for process digitalization and SAP integration. This role offers the chance to be actively involved in all project phases—from requirement gathering to implementation and follow-up—collaborating with departments such as production, purchasing, warehouse, maintenance, finance, and HR.

Main Objective:

To support the coordination of integration processes across departments, help plan project phases, and act as a communication bridge between key users and external consultants. The goal is to ensure efficient and well-organized implementation aligned with business needs.

What would your day-to-day life be like?

  • Support the implementation of digital tools and their integration with SAP.
  • Assist in integrating SAP with existing systems.
  • Collaborate on gathering and analyzing departmental requirements.
  • Participate in testing, validation, and user training phases.
  • Support the documentation of processes, manuals, and catalogs.
  • Monitor project planning and progress.
  • Handle user inquiries and assist with basic issue resolution.

What do we expect from you?

  • You must have a university degree or vocational training in Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analysis or similar.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SAP or other ERPs (a plus).
  • Strong command of Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools like Power BI.
  • Ability to create diagrams and conceptual maps.
  • Interest in AI tools.
  • Good English level (minimum B2).
  • Analytical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics and/or electricity is a plus.
