Xmas Meeting Day was a celebration full of creativity, games and good humour to say goodbye to 2025 and welcome the challenges of 2026.
On December 19th, we gathered for a day designed to strengthen connections, share experiences and end the year with the best energy.
More than 370 professionals from all the companies in the group took part: Catalana de Perforacions, Catalana Drilling, Perforaciones e Hincas, Elèctrica Pintó, Domini Ambiental, ClorEP, Comelsa i Urven.
Team creativity: graffiti art teambuilding
The day began with a teambuilding activity based on graffiti art, led by Concep’t. A unique and inspiring proposal that challenged the creativity and coordination of all teams.
With colours, spray cans and shared ideas, we transformed cardboard panels into a collective artwork symbolising what unites us: effort, innovation, teamwork and a forward-looking mindset.
A clue game to discover (and rediscover) what we do
Between one spray and the next, we took part in a clue-based game designed to highlight the activities carried out across the different companies of the group.
A dynamic and fun way to better understand the projects, services and specialities that define us and strengthen our identity as a business group.
Pica-Pica at WOW and a final full of laughter with Improshow
The day concluded at WOW Manresa, where we enjoyed a relaxed and festive pica-pica.
We also listened to the Christmas address delivered by Domènec Pintó, Esteve Pintó, Meritxell Pintó, Josep Mª Casellas, David Casellas and Robert, together with the CEOs of each company in the group.
The final touch was an Improshow performance by Planeta Impro, offering moments of complicity, improvisation and plenty of laughter. A perfect way to end the year and celebrate everything we have achieved together.
Year-end that strengthens our commitment
Xmas Meeting Day is much more than a celebration: it is an opportunity to recognise the work of all the people who make up the group, share learnings and start the new year with renewed motivation.
