Although at Catalana de Perforacions, we use the Vertical Drilling system to capture groundwater, we also use it as a drilling method for mining operation solutions.

Surface drilling using the Vertical Drilling method allows us to investigate and extract underground resources from outside the mine using the Wire-Line method.

Wire-Line method, advanced drilling technique for sample recovery

The Wire-Line method is a drilling and recovery technique that uses a cable known as Wire-Line to reach the borehole core with surface drill holes.

It is a highly efficient method for obtaining continuous, high quality geological samples.
